5. Delivery

Alcohol deliveries may require proof of age upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including courier issues or adverse weather.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence or ask you to return the product. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are faulty.

7. Merchandise

Non-consumable merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
