Caliburn 5.8%

from £18.95

Caliburn is the ancient name for King Arthur’s sword — the mighty blade later known as Excalibur. In the earliest tales, Caledfwlch (the Welsh form of Caliburn) was no ordinary weapon; it was a sword of kingship and destiny, forged in myth and carried only by the true ruler of Britain.

According to Geoffrey of Monmouth’s 12th-century chronicles — some of the first to link Arthur with Tintagel — Caliburn was "forged on the Isle of Avalon" and said to slice through steel like silk. It symbolised divine authority, justice, and the heavy weight of leadership.

Our Caliburn ale is inspired by that same sense of power and precision. A strong, smooth Old Ale, with deep colour, bold malt character and a noble hop finish. It’s a beer built to stand out — refined, balanced, and full of purpose.
